I use a combination of techniques to help my clients to move through blocks and negative patterns. Based on the needs of the client, I am able to use yoga and mindfulness techniques, traditional talk therapy, Jungian techniques and Tension Release Exercises® (TRE).

Trauma Release Exercises®
TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercise) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
In my 35 years of work with children, I have developed simple effective parenting tools that can help parents remain strong and loving with their children. I offer parenting coaching and support sessions at my private office or can set up sessions onsite.

I has been studying yoga for over 30 years. I offer a weekly gentle yoga class, and I leads several yoga classes for children in Portland, Oregon.
Dance and Movement Classes
In addition to yoga, I have studied dance for over 30 years. I teach a weekly class that is a fusion of West African Dance and other tribal dances. I also leads special sessions and classes with one of her mentors, Paulette Rees-Denis.
